Introducing Ammos, the à la carte restaurant at Amaronda Hotel. Our culinary maestro is the award-winning Chef Gikas Xenakis, hailing from Thebes, a stone’s throw away from Eretria. A pioneer of modern Greek cuisine, Chef Xenakis will curate exclusive menus for both lunch and dinner.
